    In general, this application represents an increase in density on this property, rather than a change in use of this land. As a result, an amendment to the West-Ingle Area Redevelopment Plan is not required as this rezoning complies with both the residential and commercial policies of the plan that apply to the site’s location on 124 Street.

    The applicant is not required to provide three bedroom units and it is up to the land owner to determine the size and number of bedrooms within each dwelling for the development.
