  • CLOSED: This survey has concluded.

The City of Edmonton’s Vision Zero Street Labs use adaptable measures to improve street safety at the neighbourhood level. These adaptable measures can reduce speeding, shortcutting, and other risky driving behaviours.

As part of the City of Edmonton’s Vision Zero Street Labs Program, curb extensions were installed on 73 Avenue at 81 Street, 77 Street, and 79 Street and vibrant crosswalks were painted at 73 Avenue and 81 Street and at 73 Avenue and 79 Street in Avonmore. Curb extensions reduce the crossing distance and draw drivers’ attention to the crossing. Vibrant Crosswalks draw attention to the crossing and add personality to your street.

We would like to hear from you about your experience with this Street Lab. Your feedback will be used to help us evaluate the program, make improvements for future Street Lab projects, and inform possible adjustments to the Avonmore Street Lab. The survey will remain open until Thursday, October 5.
