Jasper Avenue New Vision Phase 3: Jasper Avenue New Vision was approved in 2011. Phase 1 construction, from 100 Street to 102 Street, was completed in 2013. Phase 2 construction, from 97 Street to 100 Street, was completed in 2022. The current phase (Phase 3), 102 Street to 109 Street, builds on this work. In addition to enhancing the streetscape, the project includes the rehabilitation of the Corona and Bay/Enterprise LRT stations.

The 107 Street Streetscaping project, 99 Avenue to Jasper Avenue, will create a design that recognizes the uniqueness of 107 Street while tying into the Jasper Avenue design.

Proposed elements for each project include:

• Wider sidewalks
• Tree planting and landscaping
• Streetscape improvements, including street furniture and lighting

Timelines for construction will be confirmed based on funding availability and coordination with other projects.
