smatthewover 3 years agoLess soccer fields, add a basketball court. Also the school teachers parking lot should have its own access to avoid a back up in traffic
0 comment2Blumaover 3 years agoThe playground seems a bit odd to be placed so far away from the school.
Children from the school will have to either run through the parking lot of the teachers cars or through 2 fields depending where the entrance is? I also think 3 soccer fields is a bit excessive. Maybe some diversity in sports activites for this particular area?
0 comment0scaballeroover 3 years agoWould you be adding a spray park in either one or both of the parks? And also a nice slope/hill for tobogganing in winter? Thank you ❤️
1 comment3Shirley Qiuover 3 years agoReplace baseball field at the east park with tennis courts and a skating rank will add functional variety to the parks. Thanks!
0 comment0DZover 3 years agoIs there any chance to add an outdoor tennis court?
The closest public tennis court to Keswick is at about 20 minutes drive and they are always busy in summer or only available for people that live in those communities.

YWover 3 years agoOutdoor pool in either the east or west park location.
I think the community would love that, it would be an initial investment but the next closest pool is more than 10 minutes away at the rec center
0 comment2Blumaover 3 years agoDon't agree with sand volleyball but the rest of it looks beautiful and intuitive.
I think that space could be used for a lower maintenance sport. Maybe tennis or badminton courts? Most parks have fazed out sand so adding it here doesn't seem like such a good idea, what with cleaning it and getting it back to where it's supposed to be. Could really make the area look messy without proper maintenance. I also don't think it would get much use if people are likely to get super dirty playing in it. Could move the rink back a bit to make more room for a different type of court if needed?
0 comment1RamenTover 3 years agoIs the snow bank rink = community rink with boards around or just a manmade rink? Prefer community one with seats closeby for skate changing
The rink should be cater for all age including experienced skaters to leisurely practice there, not just little kids and beginning skaters.
0 comment0Woodiover 3 years agoI love that there is a splash pad (splash park) in the west park!
0 comment0KDover 3 years agoSand volleyball sound great but require a ton of maintenance so they don’t end up having filthy sand that ends up everywhere but the courts
