  • What is the proposed budget for the project?

Mike W asked almost 3 years ago

The City is receiving $41.34 million of capital funding from other orders of government for the development of 5 supportive housing sites. The federal government is contributing a total of $35.2 million in funding through its Rapid Housing Initiative and the Government of Alberta will provide $6.2 million through its Municipal Stimulus Fund. The City will cover the remaining costs from its Affordable Housing capital profile. Project specific capital profiles, including cost breakdowns for the Westmount site, will go to Council for approval in May 2021.
