    Overlays are a zoning tool that allows special regulations to apply to a specific area of the city, such as historic or high-risk areas. 

    What is your experience with overlays in Edmonton's current Zoning Bylaw?

    Do you think Edmonton’s new Zoning Bylaw should provide overlays for special areas? 

    What factors should be considered when deciding if an area requires an overlay?
