Option 1 considerations:
- Located high on berm along existing informal footpath
- Access to neighbourhood to 50 Avenue, and alleys connecting to 144 Street and 47 Avenue
- Buffered from the neighbourhood by trees, alleyway, and residential fence line
- May be visible from some properties
