  • Is there an opportunity to include the Cité francophone as a community hall/arts/cultural facility? Although not owned by the City, it is community-owned and operated and an asset that makes the district unique. It is one of the main reasons why many French-speaking Edmontonian choose to live/work in or travel to the district.

This is a good observation. The Cité francophone should be showing as a Citywide Arts and Cultural Facility. Thank you for your help in refining the Southeast District Plan!

  • Why is Campus St. Jean not listed among the district assets as a post-secondary - it is a stand alone campus of the U of A? It attracts roughly 800 full-time students for in person courses from across the metro region.
